Fresh Beginnings. First we will talk about what you are in-visioning for your site! I will send you a list of questions asking about color, design, and what you are selling. I will also ask if there are any websites you really don’t like, and if there are some that you love. Obviously we are not looking to copy anyone……I want to get a feel for you, your business and your creative vision!
Creative Process. I start with your color scheme and your logo, I will send you some different color schemes and logo ideas, and from there I will make up several screenshots (a preview) using these designs. The next step is for you give me your feedback letting me know what you like and don’t like, and I tweak and modify until you have the perfect look that you LOVE!
Technicalities. Once we have the design/layout perfected I move on to the actual website. I implement your design and modify the entire site to your specifications and business needs.
Setup. This is when I setup your payment, shipping and taxes. I also load your information pages (About Me, Policies etc) and create/load your custom front page collage. After these steps are completed your final payment is due.
Finishing Touches. If custom product loading is part of your web design package, this is when I will complete this task for you. After the complimentary product load is finished I will teach you how to load your own products and how to use your websites features such as: sales, gift coupons, order updating, emailing customers, newsletters etc. I want you to be able to use your website to its full capacity. I feel that customer service is the most important part of the design process….after all, your website will only succeed if you know how to use it!
FAQ
What if I have an existing website, but I need work done or customer support? I am VERY familiar with PHP, HTML and Flash systems. If you want to remodel your graphics, need modifications implemented, or simply need technical support or help with your website….email me and I will chat with you about different options and what we can do to get your website back on track!
How does payment work? Half of your payment when I start on your project and the remainder when the work is completed. I accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.
