After initial contact is made and we have decided to work together, I will send over your contract to review and sign along with an invoice for your first payment. Once your contract has been sent back to me and your first payment has been processed, I will send you a questionnaire asking about color, design, and your business and we will also have a phone call to talk over your design thoughts, business goals and to get to know each other. If you are on pinterest, we can setup a private board where you can pin things you love and design inspiration. We want to get a comprehensive feel for you and your vision!


This step takes approximately 1-2 weeks. We will spend time “marinating” on your inspiration and design questionnaire, and then craft your first round of design mock-ups! This will include your first round of logo designs and color palette. After receiving your feedback we will do as many rounds as necessary to refine your look and perfect your logo. When your main logo is finalized we will work to create a secondary logo, submark and other elements. We’ll incorporate special details and touches so that it is a unique, cohesive vision for your customers and more importantly…a true representation of your business!


After your brand is completed, we will move on to your print designs. We want to create beautiful identity pieces that you will love to share with your clients and that fit your business to perfection. After you approve your designs, we will send you the full resolution files that you can submit to your local or online printing company.


Our next step is your website mock-ups. We will take your branding and incorporate it into a stylish full sized website design taking care to add extra touches to every corner. We want you to love every detail!


After your design has been perfected and approved by you. Your website design will be carefully coded into a responsive framework so that it is beautifully styled and working perfectly on desktops, tablets and mobile phones. We also help you with all of the technical details like setting up your payment processing, shipping and taxes as well as styled informational pages and search engine optimization.


This step can take place at any time during the process! We will teach you how to load your own products and how to use websites features such as: sales, gift coupons, order updating, emailing customers, newsletters etc. We want you to be able to use your website and other marketing tools to their full capacity. Customer service is the most important part of the design process…after all, your website will only succeed if you know how to use it!


What if I am not quite ready for a completely custom website? If you’re not quite ready, we recommend setting up a Shopify website to get your business off the ground! We highly recommend this if you plan on having a brick and mortar store as well as a website… Shopify’s point of sale system is an incredible way to have a store and a website synced together!

What if I have an existing website, but I need work done or customer support? I am VERY familiar with just about all of the different e-commerce systems.
